I'm a little computer handicapped...what exactly am I supposed to do?

What location do I "load hands from" and what location do I "save converted hands to"?
How do I then view these stats in PT3?

You would load them from your standard C:\Program FIles\CakePoker\HandHistories directory unless you changed it.
You could save the files in any directory you wish.
In PT3 import the files as Pokerstars Hand Histories and view the data as if they were hands played on Pokerstars.
