Button not assigned correctly

I am experiencing the following problem:
The conversion program doesnt assign the button correctly:
For example in the following hand, I'm made the BTN, although I am actually the SB.
What is wrong?

As we don't normally have any issue with properly assigning the button please send a number of hands at different tables where this occurs if you have them.
