Errors in the conversion

I've used the hand converter for roughly 30k Cake hands, and came up with approximately 80 error files that were comprised of one or two error messages:

1) Invalid Pot Size

2) Invalid Syntax Error

Any way for me to fix these? I dowloaded what I believe is the most recent version tonight (4/3) and redid the conversion, hoping that the errors would disappear, but they didn't. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Please send one type of each error the complete file to support@cakehandconverter.com.
Always send the original file not the converted one.

1) The invalid pot size error only involved a Big Bilind who has less than 2 Full BBs and goes all in from the Big Blind this has been fixed in 2.0.19.0.
2) The Invalid Syntax error are tournament hands which are automatically skipped in 2.0.18.0 and later.

Both of your issues have been resolved if you have any further errors please send further hand histories.

Your error only specific to Russian Windows Settings has been resolved in Update 3.0.22.0 enjoy!

converter says the last string has an error

It does indeed have an error Cake decided to assign Her***0 to Heroblablabla which is inconsistant with the rest of the file and definitely an error on their part. You should bring this up to them as they should fix this particular exception. However we can come up with an exception rule to this so that the file will still be converted.

Please send the original file(s) with your actual screename in it containing the error and we will make an exception as general as we can.
